Student Publication forms

Below are important forms to be filled out by parents to allow students to access "Google Apps for Education", "Internet Access Student Application" and "Student Publication/Audio/Video Release" form to allow your child's work to be published on our website.  Thank you for taking the time to review and sign these documents.  Please return these documents to your child's teacher in either hard copy or digital form.
